The Science of Strategy Institute was established in 2004 as a private online and in-person seminar education provider by founder and current Strategic Master Emeritus Gary Gagliardi.
Under Gary's leadership, S.O.S.I. conducted hundreds of presentations on the content found in Gary's dozens of books published by Clearbridge Publishing (get his books here).
Hundreds of bright, ambitious students have passed through our virtual doors, leaving a bit of themselves behind when they head off to their next success. Graduates of our "Warrior Class" have gone on to become executives, business owners, elected officials, as well as trainers, and master trainers with us at the Science of Strategy Institute. We are proud of the institution they helped build and continue to sustain through their financial support.

In 2024, Gary retired from S.O.S.I. and entered into agreement with one of his top pupils, Shawn R. Frost, to take over as the Chief Future Officer (CFO) and President of S.O.S.I.
Through 2024 and 2025 the curriculum was revamped with a focus on tracks and culmination in the "Certified Strategy Guide" (CSG) designation.
An online and virtual High School is scheduled to open in August of 2026 with the first graduating group of CSG's teaching and mentoring our scholars.

We don't offer degrees; we teach winning by degrees.
Our results and winners speak for themselves and are not recognized by any accrediting organization (certain micro-credentials are under consideration for HRCI continuing education credit)
